Refund and Returns Policy

General Policy:

  • All subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Exceptional Cases:

  • Refund requests may be considered in cases of double charging, payment errors, or technical failure depriving access despite payment.
  • Claims must be made within 7 working days of the payment date, via official support email, with proof of payment attached.

Refund Process:

  • All refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 working days, subject to payment gateway/bank timelines.
  • Refunds will be conducted in accordance with Bangladesh Bank and payment gateway rules.

No Refund:

  • Change of mind, incomplete usage, or forgetting to cancel auto-renewal does not qualify for a refund.
